D) Reports of Officers
a) The District Drop/Charge deadline with no fee is Nov. 9th before noon. Afterwards it is $25 for each change or to drop.

c) Please donate concessions for the upcoming musical. Also, you can sign up for volunteer hours by working concessions or box office. You do not have to be a VHS Player to obtain hours.
E) Unfinished business Ad sales – The deadline for ad sales is November 10. The person with the highest amount of money in sales will win a free trip to State or a prize (if you aren’t going to State)
