Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: For credit or debit card purchases, you will have to purchase your tickets in advance at our online box office located here: SEATYOURSELF. If you would like to pay by cash or check, you can email email@example.com to reserve a ticket, and you will then pay at the door.
Q: I don’t know how to buy tickets on Seat Yourself! It’s confusing! How do I do it?
A: Select a show from the calendar (make sure you have the correct date you want to attend). You will then choose how many tickets you would like. If it is reserved seating, a seating chart will appear, and you choose your seats. If it is general admission, NO seating chart will appear. Double check the date and time of your selection, and click “Checkout”. Fill out the payment information and click “complete purchase”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: How early should I arrive before the show?
A: The theatre will open 30 minutes before show time. There is a covered pavilion located directly outside the theatre with tables and benches where you can wait prior to the house being opened.

A: You can purchase your tickets online using a credit card at our online ticket site, or you can pay by cash or check at the door the day of the event. Advance tickets sales are only available online at this time.
Q: I am bringing someone to the show and it’s his/her birthday. Can I get that announced from the stage?
A: If it is one of our mainstage productions, no, we do not announce anything not directly related to the show. If it is an Improv show or other production, please see the House Manager on duty.
Q: What’s the age restriction on children?
A: To ensure optimum enjoyment for all patrons, we strongly recommend that children under the age of 5 not attend shows other than those designated as toddler friendly. Broadway shows are not toddler friendly. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Parents are best qualified to determine what is appropriate for their children. To help you make an informed decision, we encourage you to seek additional information. If you still have a question, please contact us and we’ll try to help. We do urge that parents consider their children’s interests, maturity and attention span, and also the rights of people seated around them. We want the theater to be a good experience for everyone. Please note that anyone making a disturbance during a show will be asked to leave — no matter what their age.
