C) Reading of minutes from last meeting
The minutes from the meeting of February 27 were approved.

D) Reports of Officers
a) 2019-2020 Officer applications are available. They are due back no later than March 29.

b) Coffeehouse Cabaret “auditions/sign-ups” FINAL CALL.

c) Banquet pot luck sign up is on the call board in the classroom. Bring your family. It is May 11 in the Student Union. 5:00pm. Dinner and then the banquet, where new members will be inducted into the International Thespian Society Troupe 1003.

d) If you turned in an officer application for next year, interviews will be conducted Tuesday, April 9th, after school. If you cannot attend, please see Mrs. LeBeau.

E) Report of the Director
a) Staff Appreciation Gifts: It was voted upon to have small goodie bags with candy. The bags will be stuffed and decorated at the next meeting.

G) Announcements for the Good of the Group
a) Sandra McDonald thought long and hard and decided not to apply for an officer role next year. She will continue to be a part of the club and participate, she just felt that she would not give the dedication needed to be an officer.
