III. Reading of minutes from last meeting
The minutes from the meeting of Sept.17th were approved.
IV. Reports of Officers
a) There will be a Halloween party on Saturday, October 31, in Mrs. LeBeau’s room. Its is from 4-6. Costumes are welcome but they must be APPROPRIATE.
b) Ad sales –
Brochures available to collect ad sales. It is a tax write off, and the person with the highest amount of money in sales will win a free trip to State or a prize (if you aren’t going to State)

d) District packets are available! Be sure to turn them in by the 12th of October!!
V. Unfinished business
a) In order to be a member turn in: $40 dues. If money is a problem for you or your family you should have already met with Mrs. LeBeau for an extended payment plan
b) If you are interested in tech: Ask Mrs. LeBeau if you want to help tech the musical. Applications must be filled out.
c) Spread the word about the musical!! November 12-14th !!
d) Districts: Sign up for events on the wall to our right
e) Any ideas for the tag line on our District t-shirt? The theme is “Stage Invaders.”
VI. New business
a) The amendments to our Constitution and bylaws have been officially passed.
b) Meeting minutes will no longer be read at the meeting. They are to be read here, and bring any changes or amendments to the meeting to be voted on, otherwise they will be passed as posted.
