Sept. 3 Meeting Minutes

I. Call to order
Morning meeting: 8.00 am

Afternoon meeting: no absences or tardies.

III. Reading of minutes from last meeting
The minutes from the meeting of Aug. 27 were approved.

IV. Reports of Officers
No new reports from officers.

V. Unfinished business
a. Permission slip, yellow card and $40 dues will be due no later than Sept. 17. You will not be a member if these are missing. You may set up a payment plan that will extend beyond Sept. 17 if necessary, please see Mrs. LeBeau.
b. The club dues include a Hoodie this year, which will be blue with the VCR logo.

d. Go to our webpage, http://www.vhs-players.com, where you can sign up to receive emails when a new blog post has been posted.
e. Fall musical auditions for You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Revival) will be Sept. 15 and 17. More information can be found on the Audition Notice found on the Drama Dept. bulletin board. Located between Mrs. LeBeau’s and Mr. Bass’ classrooms.
f. There will be a dedicated “All About Districts” meeting on Sept. 10 at 3.00 pm in Mrs. LeBeau’s room. This meeting is optional.
g. Our next meeting will be Sept. 17th. Don’t forget to bring your yellow card and permission slip.
