Please fill in the form as many times as you need to, to calculate all the points earned for the past years since freshman year to May 4. (New officers, do not fill in your new position until the fall). Seniors, you need to do this as well.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS: There is an option for you as well. You will also fill out the form (as many times as you need to) to calculate your total points since your freshman year. (New officers, do not fill in your new position until the fall).

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRACKING YOUR OWN POINTS. PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM EVERY TIME YOU DO SOMETHING FOR THE VHS PLAYERS.

*****The cutoff date for total point standing will be MAY the 4TH be with you. Any points entered after this date will not count toward recognition at the banquet May 23rd.
