C) Approval of minutes from last meeting  
Minutes stand approved

D)Old Business

i. 14 members attended the Districts meeting
payments will be due 10/15
Changes deadline is 11/15 before 3pm.

E) New Business

i. We will begin incorporating workshops the 30 minutes following the club meeting. Attendance is optional. Please participate in the poll on Band to show what workshops you would be interested in attending. Our first workshop will be following the Oct. 15 meeting, and will be Merlin’s Magic rehearsals.

ii. Please vote for which song you would like to perform at Merlin’s Magic. Voting takes place on Band.

i. Some members will be attending the MacBeth field trip on the 8th of October.
